The title Dear White Peacemakers sums up the content and intention of this book so well—it’s an invitation to white people like me to enter into a gentle and uplifting and challenging and uncomfortable and redemptive conversation about pursuing a way of antiracist peacemaking.
I had the privilege of talking with Osheta Moore, author of Dear White Peacemakers, on the podcast last week, and I’m also hosting a GIVEAWAY of Osheta’s book for my subscribers!
As she writes,
“This is a love letter first and foremost to my White siblings who want to be called in when you’ve felt like you’ve only been called out for your fragility, for your privilege, for your inability to fully understand what it’s like for People of Color.”
Rather than calling us out, this book calls us into our belovedness.
