I’ll be away for the next week or so. Away in real life, at our family’s beach house on the Connecticut shore, with my stack of books and a bin full of puzzles and a garage full of bikes to ride and kayaks to paddle. 

In the past, I’ve pretended that I’m not on vacation in this virtual space, but this year I will be quiet here for a bit. I plan to return on July 8th, after a week of rest and connection and celebration. 

I hope you’ll have the time and space to withdraw from the virtual, rest in the present moment and connect to your in-real-life people too.
