Baylor | Reimagining Family Life with Disability Workshop

Reimagining Family Life with Disability – September 17, 9am-12pm

  • Free, live workshop
  • Learn practical ways to envision and cultivate a thriving future for the whole family

Are you the parent of a child with a disability? Your family matters. Your family member with a disability matters. Your family is not a burden or a problem, and we’re so glad that you are in this world.

Join us for this special 3-hour workshop that offers families affected by disability a way to envision and work toward a good future. Whether you feel alone or worry that you’re not doing enough or are anxious about the future, join us as we explore how to:

  • Discover new ways to take joy in your child ·
  • Build meaningful connections within your community
  • Identify practical next steps toward a brighter future

While this event is intended especially for parents, caregivers, and family members of people with disabilities, all are welcome. Refreshments provided.
